I find peer filming very important during post-teaching reflection because you can see everything that happened in class. Actually, observers take notes of what is going on class but it is difficult to record every detail. I think that this is a solution.

It’s helpful and really manke sense to me. Actually, when I saw the peer film of my class, it makes me feel embarssed. But I think it may be useful to look at others and learn from them.

peer filming is a good practice especially during teaching practice. But in can as well be used by any teacher who has been in the field for quite long to improve their skill. It serves as an evidence-based analysis of ones own actions in the classroom. However, during post-observation feedback, what is of great importance is how the feedback is delivered.

Peer filming involves both self- and peer- observation, which makes it a good reflective activity. Also, discussing videos in groups not only prompts participants to reflect on their work but also helps gain new ideas.
