What a nice acronym – PLaTE! I love the idea of using the ePortfolio to encourage collaborative learning among the novice teachers and their mentors. Well done.

Very useful. I find the e-portfolios resource particularly useful for the process of learning teaching. It is innovative in the sense of the format but also in the opportunities for collaboration PlLaTE offers for students.
